Next method is mailing the state forms. Those forms will convey you how to direct those to the correct individual for review. Sometimes the judge are the one who reviewed it. You also need to pay some filing fees for that when you file your forms with the clerk of the court.

Lastly if necessary, you will attend the hearing.Other states need some hearing before the parole board or judge so they can seal the record. Some states may not require it aside from you and also your signature on petition. After it will be granted, you do not generally have to do anything. And if denied, you will be informed with the reason and steps to address it.

Felony on your record will really give you disadvantage. That is why you need to expunge it. With these steps, you may be able to live freely again.
