Everybody likes sweet potato pie yet to try a traditional gluten free is not an easy task. You will need plenty of time on hand as the traditional method is a bit time consuming and requires effort on your part. You could save time here by just peeling and cutting them before you put them in microwave for cooking.

To prepare the crust, roll out the dough according to the desired thickness and cover the baking tin with the dough. Pour the potato filling on top of the dough as required and place it in your oven to prepare. Your pie will be prepared in approximately 45 minutes. You could serve it with fresh double cream or vanilla ice cream as they both complement it perfectly.

Many people think that this type of pie is a bit different from the normal variety and the crust wouldn't be crunchy enough but that is not the case at all. No one can even spot the different if they don't already know what they're eating because it tastes the same and feels the same as well.

Much the same as a typical pie, this kind of pie is likewise simple to execute. You don't need to take after any mind boggling formulas or invest more energy in your kitchen to prepare something to that effect. It is easy to make and tastes the same too.
